About 320
320 Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee shop based in Minneapolis. We seek out coffees that are hard to find — small-lot harvests, unusual processing methods, producers working at the edges of what the plant can do.
We roast in small batches and ship fast. The window between roast and peak flavor is short, and we don't want you to miss it.
The name comes from the temperature water should be when it hits your coffee grounds: 320°F is just off boil, hot enough to pull everything out, controlled enough to not scorch it. Details matter.
